EXPERIENCING CARNASCIALE

Our wines are shaped by unique varieties, specific places, and by the vision of a family. 
For over 50 years, we have cultivated the singular caberlot grape variety up on our hills, observing how it responds to the seasons, the soils, and the particular biodiversity of this part of central Tuscany. Vintage after vintage, our vineyards have become gardens of observation and conversation with the nature.

This visit offers an introduction to Podere il Carnasciale, its history, and the relationship between our vineyards and the varieties that we farm and vinify.

The experience includes a walk through the historical vineyard, a visit of the cellar, followed by a guided tasting of our three red wines :  Ottantadue, Carnasciale Botte Grande and Il Caberlot.
The tasting is accompanied by a selection of local seasonal products..

Duration: approximately 1 hour and a half -  €60,00 per person  -  by appointment only.

An extended visit for those who are interested in the deeper story behind Podere il Carnasciale.

This experience includes a walk through the historical vineyard, a barrel tasting in the cellar, followed by a guided tasting of our three red wines, Ottantadue, Carnasciale Botte Grande and Il Caberlot, and an exclusive tasting of our rare white wine, Strada Bianca. 

The tasting is accompanied by a selection of local seasonal products.

Duration: approximately 2 hours  -  €90,00 per person  -  by appointment only.
